Deliveries, returns and refunds

Packages are usually shipped within 2-4 days after receipt of payment, after your payment

has been verified by our trusted third party.

They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered delivered against signature.

This delivery method incurs additional costs. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected in secure boxes provided for this purpose.

1. Returns

Within 14 days of your online purchase, and according to European legislation specific to distance selling, you can return your products, provided that they are returned in their original packaging, that they are functional and that they show no traces of use. The costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer, and require for packages over 5kg the use of the same carrier as the origin of the shipment ( UPS therefore) for any other product weighing less than 5 kg, the customer is free to choose his return carrier.

The package must be returned with a tracking number, for hand delivery with signature.

The return (or right of withdrawal) only applies to private customers, it does not apply to professional customers (see article 10. Withdrawal in our Terms & Conditions) or to customers who make their purchase for professional use.


All packages returned without tracking numbers with signature and hand delivery, will be immediately returned to their sender.

The following are prohibited: returns via Relais Colis carriers (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, etc.)

How to proceed in case you want to return a product?

Before making your return, please contact Mac Trader France Customer Service, by email or by telephone, so that we send you a return slip which you will have to slip into the package.

2. Refunds

1. Orders placed online, with withdrawal or carrier shipment

Upon receipt of the return, and after verification of the proper functioning and of the interior and exterior appearance of the product, a refund will be issued on your original method of payment:

- bank card if it is a bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) within 14 working days maximum after receipt of your return package.

- bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer, check or cash.

- in case of payment of an order with the payment method in several installments, your schedule will be canceled and the amount corresponding to your first payment will be fully refunded.

1.2 The reimbursement period for professionals is a maximum of 30 working days after receipt of your return in our

service workshops. Reimbursement for a professional is only possible if the product received proves to be unusable (product damaged during transport) following damage caused by the carrier only.

1.3 Product damaged on delivery

The private and professional customer is required to check the contents of the package(s) at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery person. On the sole condition that these have been reported to the carrier at the time of delivery: you can demand a repair or an exchange of the product.


Any damage reported after delivery directly to Mac Trader France will not be taken into account. When the customer does not report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery on a slip consigned by the delivery person, the package is deemed to have been accepted, and from then on its ownership is the responsibility of the customer.

Damage or repairs arising from this are at the customer's expense.

2. Orders placed directly, or on site:

For orders placed by telephone and / or paid on site at our offices, no product return (s) will be accepted, excluding 6 month warranty.

3. Refund process / times:

1.1 - The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days following the receipt of your return package (after verification of conformity to the original product and approval of the return product by Mac Trader France customer service).

1.2 - Special cases

In the event that the customer is offered another replacement product after placing an order and paying for it, and this product is of a lower price or range than that initially ordered, a credit note valid for one year on all items for sale in our online store, worth the price difference will be offered to the customer. Reimbursement is not possible in this case.

The customer having validated the new order will be worth acceptance of the conditions above.

4. Exclusions:

A product returned in poor condition, damaged or different in its internal characteristics (electronic components) or external (cosmetic aspects) from its original state will not be refunded and will be immediately returned to you.
